The Brunswick Women’s Choir launched our second CD in 2001.
This CD, produced independently by the choir, is a glorious mixture of songs reflecting the lives, loves, pains and triumphs of women today. It includes arrangements by Cathy Nixon, Sweet Honey In The Rock, and Malcolm Dalglish.
The CD’s title, I Can Hear Her Calling comes from one of the tracks ‘Motherless Chil’, a traditional gospel song, and reflects women’s voices, women’s connections: calling to our destiny, answering our internal call, and finding our voices.
